Cornerstone Tactical is committed to conducting all firearm transactions safely, legally, and responsibly. As a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL), we comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing firearm sales, transfers, possession, and related services.
All firearm transfers requiring a background check will be processed in accordance with federal law. Firearms will not be transferred until all required legal requirements have been completed and the transaction has been approved.
Firearms purchased online must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for transfer in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
Firearms received for transfer will be stored free of charge for seven (7) calendar days following delivery. After this period, storage fees may apply. Firearms remaining unclaimed may be handled according to applicable laws and business policies.
Due to the nature of firearm transactions, all firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred. Manufacturer defects will be handled through applicable warranty procedures.
Cornerstone Tactical respects your privacy. Information collected through this website or during firearm transactions is used only for legitimate business purposes, customer service, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Cornerstone Tactical will not knowingly transfer firearms or ammunition to any person prohibited from possession under federal, state, or local law.
Firearms are shipped only in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. Firearms may only be shipped to licensed FFL dealers for lawful transfer.
Cornerstone Tactical is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, misuse, negligent handling, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or unlawful use of firearms or ammunition after transfer.
Cornerstone Tactical reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this website.
